The HSE App has been designed to serve as a communication tool for the Health, Safety and Environment Practitioners (NOT DDA employees) who are hired by Contractors working on DDA jurisdiction.
In order to achieve the desired standards in Health and Safety, DDA registers the HSE Officers of Contractors; who by law have the duty to report to their Management and the Local Authority (DDA) in case of any non-compliance to applicable legislations. In order to ease this reporting and communication, DDA have created the HSE Mobile App for reporting of all unacceptable acts/conditions within the jurisdiction of DDA.
Hence, the usage of this App is purely for external use and one of the ways through which the Authority monitors compliance to its HSE standards.
